This strawberry fruit dip recipe is so easy and delicious with a variety
of fruits not just strawberries! Here is what you need...
8 oz package of cream cheese
7 oz jar of marshmallow cream
A little milk
Pinch of salt
OPITIONAL (1/4 tsp vanilla extract
First get your electric mixer and blend
JUST the cream cheese until smooth and cream. Then add the milk, salt, and
vanilla extract and blend together until well incorporated. Now finally add the
whole jar of marshmallow cream. This part is tricky because its soooo
STICKY!!!! I recommend spraying your spoon with a non stick cooking spray to
help it not stick to the spoon when scooping it out.
Mix all of that yumminess together. Once
well mixed your shouldn’t have any lumps. Now serve in a nice dish and cut up
some fruit to serve with it. It doesn’t look like allot in the video but it is.

How to make Mexican flan! Looking for an easy yummy desert? Search no more!
Here is what you will need:
A round pan
A larger oven safe dish larger than the round pan with high sides.
Flat dish or plate
CUSTARD:
3 Eggs
1 Can condensed Milk
2 Cups Milk
1 Tsp Vanilla extract
Pinch of salt
Liquid Sugar:
1/4 cup of Sugar caramel part:
Mix together all the custard ingredients in a bowl and you have your custard.
Next for the liquid sugar...
On the stove top, on the lowest heat, melt the sugar and shake... DON'T stir the sugar in the pan!
It takes about 5 minuets so DON'T walk away or it will burn!
Once melted quickly spread over bottom of round pan.
Be QUICK as it hardens very quickly!
CAREFUL it is EXTREMELY HOT!
Pour in the custard over the sugar that is now hard. You will hear crackling and that's totally so Don't worry its normal. Your not breaking your pan!
Place larger oven safe dish in oven on oven rake with a preheated over at 350 degrees. Pour in hot water then place the round pan inside the dish with the water and carefully close the oven. Bake for about 30 minuets or until its firm like jello, but not too firm nor too watery. This is the trick to get a creamy flan. Over cooking will change the texture and give you lots of holes which you don't want.
Let completely cool. Cooling is important otherwise if you do it while its warm or hot it will fall apart and you will have one hot mess! Once completely cooled transfer to a flat dish or plate.
