Free tutorial on how to make simple dangle earrings

Hello there. So for all you jewelry making lovers out there beginner or advance levels this pair is totally fun and easy to make not to mention beautiful! Here is a picture of what you will be making

What you will need to make these

MATERIALS

Heart lampwork beads (you need 2pcs) click here or copy and paste this link to your address bar above

www.iloveanabel730.etsy.com

Bi cone crystals 2 colors (4 clear AB, 6 light pink AB (or other small beads)

Ball head pins 12pcs (or flat head pins)

Jump rings size 2pcsin size 5mm or a little larger or smaller

2 ear wires

Seed beads size 11 clear silver lined 2pcs for the heart lamp work beads and 10pcs pink color size 15 for the bi cone beads just make sure the seed bead doesn't slip through the hole of the bi cone beads or lamp work beads

Beading mat (not required but very helpful so your beads don't roll away:-)

TOOLS

Flat nose pliers

Round nose pliers

Cutters

So to begin this project get two head pins and put one size 11 silver lined seed bead and one heart lamp work bead on each head pin and create a loop a wire wrapped loop if you know how and if not a simple loop will do:-)

Next do the same for the remaining headpins.. put one size 15 seed bead on a head pin and one bi cone crystal then loop it but don't close the loop yet as you will be attaching it to the chain.

Once you have done this for all your beads and head pins open your two jump rings sideways as not to weaken or deform the metal then slip on one of the two 4 link chain pcs to each of the jump rings and one of the bi cone beads pink color the close the loop and the lamp work heart bead then close the jump rings.

So at this point you should have a little pcs of chain hanging on your two jump rings with a bi cone crystal and heart lamp work bead.

Next attach a bi cone crystal clear ab colored one on the next links going up towards to top of the chain then close the loop. then add another bi cone crystal in color pink AB to the next link and so on changing the colors till you get to the last loop at the top of the chain opposite of the end with the jump ring. Now add the ear wire of each of your two pcs of chain on the last loop with the bi cone on it. There you have it a beautiful pair of earrings! If you have any questions or comments please feel free to leave them! I would LOVE to hear any and all of what you have to say!!

Rough times!

Well I have not posted anything for a while and thought I should. I just realized today some people have been looking at reading and commenting on my blogs! It's so awesome to know what I write is being read by others.. that it's not all for nothing:-)
My Etsy shop is doing alright. It could be better, but I am grateful for the sales I do have. I remember being completely new to selling on Etsy and praying for even one sale even if it was only a dollar sale! LOL! I have dedicated so much time and learned so much on Etsy and now make sales every month! It's so exciting to wake up in the morning and check my email to see if I made a sale. It's nice to see all the hard work, dedication and time pay off! I also love waking up in the morning walking into my kitchen where my hubby is always on the computer and ask him if he checked the mail. It's like Christmas when I receive my merchandise from my wholesale provider! Times are hard right now. My hubby just got laid off and I am still trying to find a job myself. We are struggling so every sale helps! Well I must sound like I am just rambling on. I look forward to posting another blog soon. Take care to all and please leave a comment however short or long!
Please come check out my Etsy shop at www.iloveanabel730.etsy.com for supplies or the handcrafted jewelry I make!

Pay it forward

Just pay it forward it's that simple. If someone does a favor for you .. something that you can't do yourself no matter how small or simple it is in return of their good gesture try and keep it going. Do a favor for at least 3 other people. Do something nice for them.. something they can't do for themselves no matter how small or simple.

This is not my idea, but it has always been one I love. I wish people would pay it forward. Sure some do, but others fall behind... way behind. If everyone would just pay it forward then maybe just maybe this world would be just a little nicer. I'm no idiot .. I know it can never be a heaven on earth.. well at least not while we are alive, but maybe we could make the world just a pinch better. Perhaps if everyone of us in this world, filled with billions, would do a favor for at least 3 others it would be just a bit better.
